My name is Massimo Dominguez, and I’m a Life Scout in Troop 180 working toward the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor in Scouting. As part of my journey, I’m leading a significant community service project to benefit St. Anthony of Padua Church in Elizabeth, New Jersey — a place that has meant so much to my family for generations.

The Project: Replacing the Church Kneelers
The kneelers in the church pews are in desperate need of replacement. Many are broken, missing, or have worn padding that makes kneeling painful and distracting during worship.

With your support, we will:
• Remove old or damaged kneelers
• Install brand new, padded kneelers
• Restore comfort and reverence for all who come to pray
Volunteers will help with the labor to reduce costs — but the materials and fabrication total $40,000.

Why It Matters
St. Anthony of Padua is not just a building — it’s a spiritual home for hundreds of families. This project will:
• Restore a sacred worship experience
• Show respect and care for our elders and parishioners
• Preserve the beauty and comfort of a church that has served the community for over a century
